Hi, I’m Erica. I approach psychotherapy from a client-centred, anti-racist, relational, and trauma-informed perspective.

My work is informed by Feminist Relational-Cultural Therapy, Attachment Theory, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Somatic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.

Authenticity

Connection • Empowerment • Authenticity •

I aim to meet clients’ diverse lived experiences.
The following areas of exploration are central to my practice:

Life transitions (relationships, parenthood, career)
Depression
Grief

Relationships
Trauma
Anxiety

Social Justice and Systemic Oppression (social, racial, sexuality, gender, and economic)

I aim to work with clients from an empathic and collaborative standpoint that allows the client to approach therapy at their own pace and level of comfort.

In addressing the various ways systemic oppression impacts clients’ well-being, I hope to support clients in developing a greater sense of authenticity, self-empowerment, and mutuality.
